Mission Statement
My mission for this blog, is to reach as many people as possible; to bring awareness about the seriousness of High Blood Pressure/Hypertension (H/HBP). To gather relevant information and make them available to friends of family, or family of friends. I am writing to those with hypertension, those who may have family members with hypertension and those who are predispose to the condition; which of course is most of us.
It is also called “The Silent Killer”, because of the lack of initial symptoms it displays. Most of us;, especially younger people, don’t even know that they have (HBP/H), but it is getting more and more prevalent, that even children are now being diagnosed as being Hypertensive.
This blog is a reminder to all of us, that we must take control of our bodies and our own health, or someone else will. Know your numbers.
