I was born and raised in Thailand and graduated from Prince of Sonkla University in Phuket, majoring in Hotel and Tourism Management in 2003. I moved to New York in 2006 after deciding to come to the United States for additional studies. After living in New York for a few years, I became interested in healthcare and ultimately decided to pursue a dental hygiene degree.
Before entering the dental hygiene program at CityTech, I had no prior experience in the dental field, however I knew I could make a difference. I believe that when people have clean and healthy teeth, they can express their confidence through their beautiful smiles!
It has been almost two years since I started the dental hygiene program and I cannot believe how far I have come. Every day in the program has been a learning experience for me, and using the knowledge gained from lectures and clinics and applying it to my patients in the clinic has been an eye opening experience. I’ve learned much from my professors, doctors, classmates, and most of all, my patients.
