Working with Engineering Writing (Wednesday, March 10, 12-1pm): The workshop focuses on writing in the engineering disciplines and offers suggestions for working with engineering majors for helping them with their writing needs. It will address questions concerning engineering subject matter and writing conventions in engineering disciplines and offer suggestions for how teachers of writing can help engineering majors communicate subject matter better while using writing conventions from engineering disciplines for doing that. The workshop will offer practical suggestions for applying some strategies for helping engineering majors with their writing needs. (Joseph Jeyaraj)
