TW was my first outside patient I seen during my time at the program. TW did not present with any medical condition. He has no significant finding in his extra and intra-oral examination but is a heavy type II periodontitis. TW had not seen a dentist for 2 years due to lack of dental insurance and access to a dentist. Despite this he did not have any severe dental problems. Patient education on home care oral hygiene and proper brushing techniques were his primary treatment plan.
