Seitan Roast Stuffed with Shiitakes and Leeks with mushroom sauce drizzled on top, accompanied with peas asparagus and radicchio, & duchesses parsnips piped in a circular motion.
Vegetarian Cassoulet.
Swedish Seitan Wheatballs over vegan noodles and carrots with whole grain mustard sauce.
Seitan scallopini with Capers and Lemon with a smooth celeriac and potato puree, Balsamic glazed Pearl onions and Southern-style Kale.
Fake-Out-Take-Out Sesame Seitan with Broccoli.
Seitan Bourguignon topped with Quinoa Pilaf with Peppers.
