“1 Atelier is the premier custom luxury brand, born in New York City and founded by a team of design veterans and seasoned entrepreneurs. We set out to re-invent luxury goods by leveraging our proprietary technology to launch the first and only natively custom luxury brand. In doing so we also built the only inherently sustainable luxury brand, creating the company with sustainability at the forefront – as opposed to figuring out how to make it sustainable later.
With 1 Atelier, you have the opportunity to create one-of-a-kind, luxury handbags and accessories from start to finish. You’ll be supported along the way with our years of design expertise, choices of sustainable, exquisite materials and access to impeccable craftsmanship. 1 Atelier elevates what makes each of us original.
We want you to be able to confidently create a piece that is truly one-of-a-kind, uniquely personalized to your life, and also good for the planet. When you create your bespoke 1 Atelier bag, you are perfectly pairing your style and our designs. Your 1 Atelier creation will be handmade by local, seasoned craftspeople in our NYC atelier, using our selection of the finest sustainable leathers, skins and hardware in the world” (1 Atelier, 2023).
