Professional Goals

•    To enhance Tenzin’s professional goals, she plans on putting more effort into her work ethic by researching more often and keeping notes on her competitors and finding a solution on how to be one step ahead.
• Tenzin is also aware about the increase in tech savvy brands and how competitive it gets, she plans on earning a certificate in online softwares such as Adobe and Photoshop. This will allow her to be competitive and have a higher chance in gaining a position at a company.
• Tenzin will also build a foundation outside of fashion to showcase her knowledge in numerous other subjects. 
• Lastly, Tenzin wants to work her way up from the bottom but hopefully secures a high position within her career to make her mark in the industry. 

Personal Goals 

•  To gain a better perspective for Tenzin’s goals in life and her daily lifestyle, she will focus on these specific objectives that are personal and hold a soft spot in her heart.
•  She wants to engage in more books and read more often to keep herself updated as a brand to new innovations. To improve her work ethics and keep a balanced life.
•   To purchase a home for her parents to thank them for the hardships they went through as refugees and bringing her to America for better education and living standard. 
• Tenzin plans on going back to school to pursue a master’s degree.
