Goal: Introduce curricular and pedagogical changes designed to build career awareness, deepen engagement, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, increase hands-on activity and problem-solving, integrate academic support, and link more authentically to current workplace practice, thus reducing time to degree completion and non-contributory credit accumulation.

Peer Mentors:
• Peer Mentors – Mentors in FY Courses in the majors, collaboration with Perkins, RISE, FYP FYLCs

• Internships – Collaborations with CUNY Career Success Fellows, PDC, and academic program Internship Coordinators to share best practices and disseminate opportunities
