Research shows that a structured approach to innovation can improve the productivity and creativity of innovation teams. This hands-on workshop introduces techniques to help innovation teams find (a) facts, (b) new ideas, and (c) creative solutions in classroom settings. Workshop attendees will learn how to apply these techniques to better engage students in group work and will hear from professors who have implemented them.

The workshop will be presented by Penn State professors Abdullah Konak, Distinguished Professor of Information Sciences and Technology, and Sadan Kulturel‐Konak is a Professor of Management Information Systems and the Director of the Flemming Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (CEED) Center at Penn State Berks.
