My Groups word was creep. I kept imagining it as a verb, like the act of creeping up on someone, which in it’s simplest form became shapes partially covered by objects as if it were a person coming out of the darkness.
and the outward transparencies to me represented shivering, or shaking from fright.
In the musicals and choir things I’ve done in my life I’ve always heard directors talk about the “ugly voice”. They’re referring to when you’re singing not to try to just sound “pretty”. ย Worry about the feeling behind the lyrics and expressing that, and in return let your voice come out however it does. Without censoring.
The last post published made me think of this. I have a great eample of this too.

Relating to design now. I was helping my friend with a project(well we were talking about it idk if I helped) , she goes to Parsons and is doing her thesis. She was telling me how they had to make it personal to them, which is basically just drawing from an inspiration. Making it meaningful, and not just art/design for art/design sake.
This song by Hozier is so good, and as of right now it inspires me. I did the project for the song already. Once again I want to change my song just because this is so inspiring. Check it out!

TECHNICALLY this should count.
I saw this a a couple months ago and when the assignment was given I wanted to find it again.
So while I was searching for soudn visualization this popped up. It was one of the ย first things to appear. It reminded me of part of the video we viewed in class that was my favorite part. 
Then I realized as I looked at more images, that I like when the sound visualization seems to form something that looks tangible. It’s like converting sound, into 2D, then into 3D.
