Experiential Learning
In experiential learning we basically were shown on how to learn from experience. It was a pretty interesting class, and also fun at the same time. The most unique thing that we have done was that we took a test to figure out what our learning styles are like. I found that very beneficial to myself, because this is something i never thought about on my own. There are 9 learning styles that a person could have and according on how you do on this “test” you are categorized in a specific part of how you as an individual learn best. I was placed in a balanced learning style, which I found great, because I could learn throughout all the 9 styles.

Human Resource Management
Human resource management was a class that showed us how unions work and how to keep your business running by following all the laws. This class was very mandatory for myself as a future manager or business owner, because we learned about unions, discrimination laws, and how to be protected if you are a boss or an employee. Very interesting class, especially if you plan on being a business owner one day, there is a lot of information that i have gained from this class, and it will definitely be a resource for me in the near future.
