My background includes working in positions that emphasizes interpersonal skills that you may not think of when you look at the job titles. As a services professional I am always the face of the company so it is imperative that the customer or client is provided with knowledgeable and courteous services at all times. I handled many different accounts on a daily basis and kept accurate records of monies owed and credits due to the employer and customers.
I trained new employees and whenever management from other departments wanted to check the efficiency of the operations they would accompany me and mirror the techniques I used in the field. I have a dedication to professionalism and value my ability to resolve conflicts and disputes by approaching every situation with an open mind, then applying experience and knowhow to reach mutually amicable resolutions.
In addition to my experience I have spent years volunteering and mentoring people of all ages, it is my investment in people that I feel is my most valuable asset.
My educational pursuits which include the human services courses I am currently enrolled in at the New York City Collage of Technology as well as all of my trainings and occupational endeavors have honed my skills into what I believe is the most comprehensive approach to being a helping professional in any situation that calls for my abilities.
