Overall, I would describe myself as a dedicated individual. I set goals for myself, and work hard to achieve them. Hospitality management is a major that requires determination. To do well in this field, you must be a good communicator. I decided to study this in school because no one is perfect. To pursue a culinary or hotel assistance career, one must be determined. You have to know what you want to achieve. In addition, you must know how to achieve it. I want to strengthen my basic skills as a student. Such as communication, and professionalism. Strengthening these skills would make me a better student. In addition, they will prepare me for the future. These hospitality management courses are very effective on me as a student. These courses offer me a taste of what it’s like to be in the field. Furthermore, I plan to become a stronger students by making the most of these classes. Academically, I am able to complete work by its deadline. Also, I have the capability of completing assignments thoroughly. Moreover, pursuing a career in this field requires thorough work. As a student, i plan to continue strengthening my thoroughness with my work. In the past, I worked part time for my families catering business. In addition, I worked for Pam’s bakery in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn. Both jobs were based on food and customer service. These jobs granted me the full experience of working with people and food. In the future, I plan to pursue  a career that consists of similar factors. These jobs taught me to always focus on one task at a time. In addition, stay organized to prevent confusion. As an industry leader in the future, I want to make sure I stay organized.  Organization would allow me to stay on track. Moreover, being on track would allow me to be very helpful to a company overall.
