Our Outreach initiatives are geared towards prevention by connecting with the elderly where they reside including the homeless. It includes door to door canvasing, in person sweeps by block and  direct mail campaigns. Our outreach efforts are intended to provide on the spot services as well as  provide information and education about preventive measures. This outreach is focused on poor elderly in West Harlem.  We endeavor to establish preventive interventions and establish preventive programs through these initiatives.

Our outreach endeavors can help the elderly who may be dealing with issues of abuse or neglect or isolation and financial problems. It will also be helpful in making seniors aware of the support and preventive services like health and fitness programs and medical screenings for particular diseases.
