COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This is an introduction to personal selling/sales, an important element of Marketing. This course covers the principles of personal selling as a business activity performed by salespeople. The principles of personal selling are applicable and relevant to professional and personal settings. Regardless of career path, personal selling skills will be very useful, as you will be presented with opportunities, on a daily basis to use the knowledge gained from this course. Specific topics include planning and making sales calls, strengthening sales presentations, and ethical and legal issues in selling.
