Pier 17
This picture was taken today, October 7th at South Street Seaport. I took this photo as I was trying to look for something worth capturing with my phone’s camera. The masts look bare without its sails, but it still looks towering and intimidating with the long pillars adding to its character. I also like to note how the sky’s color adds a sort of nice transition as it gets closer to the horizon, where it turns from baby blue to a sort of green-blue. The Brooklyn Bridge in the background only adds as a sort of little bonus, as it enhances the distance between the landmark and the ship.
Regards,
Jimmy.
