2pm in Coney Island

In this photo, you can see that dominant impression of this photo is this a typical fall afternoon in Coney Island. You have a tree off in the corner changing colors while others are just beginning to. You can get a bit of the view of the boardwalk, the sand , and the ocean. You also see two buildings which are actually retirement and rehabilitation centers. However, when I see a photo like this, especially with the changing color of the trees, it reminds that school is officially back. I remember when I was in kindergarten and one of the first things we did was color in the trees for which season we thought it was. Ever since then, I see tree changing colors I always think about school officially being back. Other than that punctum, this photo also can be classified  as a documentary photo since there is no real art being portrayed within said photo.  This photo even uses a bit of the rule of thirds as the two main focuses of the photo, the buildings, are not centered in the photo. received_1142817202466725
