Question: What are the most effective ways a college student can self–motivate to stay focused during a semester?

Audience: College students

Proposal: Staying driven to accomplish a task can be extremely difficult especially when under pressure. The stress, anxiety, and the worry are all emotions of how students feel overwhelmed by the amount work and demand. According to National Alliance of Mental Illness, more than 80% percent of students felt overwhelmed by all they had to do in the past and 45% have felt things were hopeless. How can students stay focused to accomplish their work under heavy workloads? Research shows self-motivation techniques can help a student be focused leading to success. The purpose of this project is determine if there exist self-motivation techniques that can help a college student stay focus.
