Individual Strengths
Over the years me growing into the person i am to i can say that I am very observant and have the quick the connect interrelationships between factors together. Interacting with people from different cultures throughout my nursing career has also given me the cappacity to collaborate well with others and produce quality work. I pride myself for also being punctual with a record attendance at all times. Being a generation Y baby, I am also technologically perceptive, learn quickly, and adapt to situations well. Not only am I hard working and determined but I also prided myself for my integrity and being a God fearing woman.
I am not afraid to show my assertiveness when need be without being argumentative or condescending. I have to ability to multitask without error and I am not afraid of asking questions to help satisfy my thirst for knowledge and my love of learning new things. Being humble is also a trait that I was raised to possess and I continue to exude to date. These characteristics I possess has helped me to get along well with others and be able to build genuine relationships despite a difference in cultures, race, and religion. I hope as I futher my career I will be able to build on these traits and become a better nurse and person in general.
