As an academic, I have always been passionate about learning and expanding my knowledge in the field of dentistry. My journey began in Venezuela, where I obtained my dental degree. After two years moving to United States I decided to pursue further education and enrolled in the dental hygiene program at New York City College of Technology.
My time in the dental hygiene program was transformative. Not only did I gain valuable knowledge and skills, but I also discovered a newfound confidence in my ability to provide exceptional care to my patients. The program’s emphasis on patient-centered care and preventative dentistry resonated deeply with me, and I was eager to apply this approach in my future career.
Throughout my academic journey, my ultimate goal has always been to help others. Whether it is through providing high-quality dental care or educating my patients on proper oral hygiene practices, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on their lives. As a dental hygienist, I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advances in dentistry to provide the best possible care to my patients.
