In this project, what I like the best is to create abstract shapes. I drew a figure shape as a leaf. Inside the “leaf” there are differently combined several elements such as squares, circles and triangles. I learned about the positive and negative apaces in this project, it was enjoyable to to this with black as my only color. The goal for this project was to understand how to use black and white as positive and negative space.
There were some challenges I had in completing this project. first, I spent time marking there shapes in black pen. If I was not being patient, I might have draw out of the line, which would have make the project look terriable. Secondly, it was very difficult for me to organize and to locate shapes placement. the last problem that i faced was to figure out the usage of curvilinear objects and rectilinear objects.
Landscape with Atmospheric Perspective

This is a practical project. I learned some new skills by painting this landscape. i am happy with my final version . The snow mountains in the background has a lot of compositions. It looks like a real mountain to me. Color gradually changed from the front side to the back side. I really like to paint the sky on landscape.
I had repainted the color of mountains several times. It took me a lot of time to figure out what color should I put on. The difficult thing for me was to draw the trees on this project, and the shading of the locks in the foreground.
Color Wheel

The first time to paint color wheel. I like to mix color and create some new colors. on the project, i have mixed there primary colors in order to get the secondly colors, exploring some colors was fun. i learned the warm and cool color on the color wheel.
The challenge that I had on the project was I don’t the quantity of color that i shall put to make orange, purple,or green. Itested by mixing two other color so many time to get the right one.
