PSA: artificial intelligence sounds fantastic, but I do not believe that it will replace human interaction in mental health treatment. For example, AI tools, such as chatbots, is useful for researching. They can assist us in many different ways such as when someone might need assistance and showing them the research or resources they needed. Also chat bot won’t be having any emotion or trust bound with human over time. AI is only a tool that can help with mental health, but it will never be able to fully replace a human. Believe in yourself and trust in the power of real connections with peoples!

Comparison Essay:
When I first started my PSA, I was trying to talk about how AI can really do most of the stuff in life also in mental health. But I notice Ai had a lot of cons after reading multiple articles. So, I change my mind mid-way and started writing about the consequences of using Ai and how u should trust Ai too much since it’s just a tool. I was still interested of making this PSA work because this can give people a head ups about using AI for some important stuff in life and this can stick in their mind. The second thing I wanted my essay was to make it easy to understand but won’t be lack on the vocabulary’s. And the third thing I wanted to do was give extra information about how Ai could help and effect on mental health. I think I succeeded in most of these three, But the PSA drafted I did was not so great. Honestly, I would be just happy if the reader won’t complain on my spelling.
The first Chat in my opinion was a success it smoothens out the way I wrote my PSA instead of going straight to the topic the ChatGPT is trying to tantalize the reader making the reader more curious on why and what’s happening. The chat also switched up the words such as pro/cons to beneficial. The chat first talked about the benitoites and right after he finish with that, he used however to switch up the topic talking about AI is just a tool and would not be a human whatsoever. From there the sentence was just repeated form my PSA it went back to soft and flimsy.
The second chat was better than the first one it created more info and strengthen about the human connection in mental health care. The Ai shows Ai can benefit us simple ways like help finding resources, tracking behavior patterns, and supporting therapists with scheduling and progress tracking. The chat shows how Ai can be helpful on the stuff which only a human can do, for example caring and understanding emotions. My favorite part which is the last part which it adds to my phrase with “the unique warmth of human supportâ it basically means no Ai or technology and replace a human felling.

Reflection Essay:
My PSA project was long, yet it shouldn’t be hard for most people, but it was simply a little harder for me because it was harder for me to transition all the paragraphs and especially the spelling. But overall, I did it! I survived it by researching and spending more time on this project. In this reflection essay, I will be talking about what is good about AI and why we shouldn’t trust it too much, what I would change if I had more time, and what my opinion on AI would change.
I learned multiple things in this 3-week project but the 3 most interesting was the best part. First, I realized that I use more digital devices than I first thought. In terms of hardware, I used my MacBook, my phone, my friend’s phone, my PC, and also my iPad. In terms of software, I use Google Docs, CHATGPT, The New York Times, google, chrome, Grammarly, Open Lab, and also word counter.net. Of these, I would have to say Grammarly was the most helpful tool it cleared most of my spelling mistake in the overall project. Second, I learned that ChatGPT writes in a way where it just makes it sound as if it’s made by an AI, it can’t write very catchy like a human could. Tried multiple times to regenerate my PSA but it all came out to sound the same. All of them did not look the same as what I wrote. Third I learned that this project needs multiple references and resources to make it not only come from one article but more than that to back it up.
Here are some of the easiest and most challenging aspects I want to discuss. The easiest thing I would have to say is researching and gathering info for the project. I knew where to find the information and when searched it up it just popped in. The most challenging part is trying to do all the transitioning from paragraph to paragraph and the vocabulary issue. I was stuck at first, but then I started to read other people’s essays and Professors’ essays which gave me a slight idea of how to transition between paragraphs.
If I had another week, I think I would try to find more deeper information about my topic and find more references to back it up. I am trying to make my PSA into a tank which would no one question about my work. I would also like to find or maybe generate images with ChatGPT in my work.
How have my views on Generative AI changed during this project? My mind has always stayed the same. There is always going to be a better article or reading that could back me up. So, I still got to read more and maybe my mind could change one day. I learned ChatGPT can be beneficial to human society but if the AI made a mistake on some important part, it would have severe consequences. There was a little change in my mind. I would have trusted 100% what ChatGPT gave me, but now I would keep in mind AI wouldn’t be correct all the time they can make mistakes. It’s all about knowing what AI can or cannot do. But one thing is certain AI is very useful.
