THE MORBID ANATOMY MUSEUM

The Museum focus is on anatomy, medicine, death, nature, and mysterious historical artifacts and cultures.

 

House of Wax Exhibition (Oct 23, 2016 – Aug 5, 2016): Anatomical, Pathological, and Ethnographic Waxes From Castan’s Panopticum, Berlin 1869-1922

Two Anatomical Venuses – Wax female forms (sometimes eerily romanticized) meant to educate medical professionals and the public.

Hours: The exhibition space & library are open from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., every day except Tuesday.

Admission to the exhibition & library for students is $6 (regular $8). Ā Children 12 years of age and under are free.
