How do I use the read-only mode?
Users will be able to select the read-only option in the GUI, then they can visit and access any websites, emails, and text messages
What if your personal accounts are considered compromised?
When making your account, you will be asked to keep a recovery key in case you’ve lost your credential. There will be a link with instructions in the software called account recovery that the user can follow to either close the account, regain access, or change login credentials.
What if the software does not prompt users with an alert to scan an incoming email, website, or text message?
Users will need to kill the phishing attack detector in the task manager then they would need to re-open the software and everything should work fine.
How do I add my phishing experience to the forum in the software?
There will be a button called Users Feedback which will open a page with a text box for the user to share their phishing attack experience. Lastly, when done click submits and shares it to the forum.
Can I access back the user awareness training after completing it already?
Yes, users will be able to access back the training to review any information on the phishing attack module. In addition, they can even attempt the quiz module how many times they want.
How do I know that my software will be up to date?
Every time you log into your desktop/laptop there will be a notification saying there is an update pending on the home page. You click on the “Update Software” and let the software download the update. Once it’s done downloading restart the software and refreshes the page.
What happens if I fail the quiz at the end of the user awareness training module?
If a user fails the quiz (gets lower than 60), they cannot move on to the next step. They will need to retake the quiz until they get a score greater than equal to 60, only then can they move on to the next step.
What will I see when the software scans an email, website, or text message?
A detailed report will be provided to the user about the scan done
Can I filter any communications on what the software will scan?
You will be provided an option to check off anything you don’t want the software to scan, however, the software will still run its course and still give you the rundown on what was taken out so you don’t pose any risks
