My passion for dental hygiene stemmed from four years of experience as a dental assistant, where I found profound fulfillment in patient care and developed a deep interest in dentistry. This motivated me to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene, leveraging my academic foundation and practical experience to excel in this fascinating field.

My path to becoming a dental hygienist has been tough but I didn’t give up. In 2022, I got accepted into the program. Over the past two years within the dental hygiene department, I have encountered significant challenges and moments of feeling overwhelmed, which led me to give up. However, through effort and the unwavering support and rigorous guidance of my faculty, I have acquired valuable skills in patient communication and dental techniques. I have developed the ability to independently complete assessments and dental cleanings with confidence and proficiency.

As I approach graduation, I am eager to apply my acquired expertise to professional practice, aiming to contribute effectively to the field of dentistry. I am committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing oral health within my community.
