Kester Fredericks, co-founder and managing partner with over 20 years of litigation experience in the areas of commercial litigation, medical fraud, and appellate law. Fredericks was previously employed by White & Case, Sullivan McGraw, the United States Attorneys Office before forming Simmonds Litigation Support Services
Peta-Gay is the co-founder and managing partner of Simmonds Litigation Support Services and has extensive law firm experience providing legal services to attorneys, clients and fiduciaries in private law firms, corporate legal departments, and for the United States Attorneys Office. She has a B.S. in Legal Assistant Studies from the New York City College of Technology and a Master’s in Public Administration from Capella University.
