Hi my name is Nathalie Carrasco, I am interested in pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management. Although I am a Freshman and this will be my first semester in the New York City College of Technology, I know this is the field for me because of the passion I have to one day own my business. My interest at first was to be a chef and after gaining some experience in several restaurants in NYC I realized I wanted a career that was more than being a chef. I started working in front of the house as a waitress,hostess and bartender and I ended up loving it more than being in the kitchen. I do love to cook but I would like to be my own boss some day and have my own restaurant. My personal strengths is communication skills,I always get that from the customers at my job.
