Internship Search

After communicating with Professor Tanya Goetz, I gave up searching for an internship on LinkedIn. As Professor Tanya said, a company or agency may receive hundreds of applications on LinkedIn. In the current urgent situation, it is better not to continue spending time on LinkedIn. Then Professor Tanya asked me to search for internships on the COMD Communication Design Internship Coordination Site on Openlab and a website that is good at finding jobs and internships called Idealist. She introduced me to some internships that she thought were good and available to apply. After finishing the Zoom meeting with Professor Tanya, I started my interdisciplinary search. Finally, I selected four internships that I believe meet the conditions, have desired positions, and are interested in. Then send them an application internship email containing a cover letter, resume, and portfolio link. And began to look forward to their reply.

List of the internships to whom I had sent an application email:

— Brooklyn College Institutional Effectiveness

— NYPIRG (New York Public Interest Research Group)

— Cuny K16 Initiative

— Banding Internship at HS IAM
