With these limits, I’m prepared to recognize likely risks and complexities and give reasonable thought based on my knowledge of a patient’s clinical history, extraoral and intraoral evaluations, and oral illness screening. Oraqix administration, local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, engine polishing, fluoride application, alginate impressions, and nutritional counseling are also essential skills for providing patients with effective and efficient dental care. I feel prepared and confident about my care and ready to start to save teeth and help to care for patients’ oral health. In conclusion, I could become a skilled and balanced dental hygienist with these skills obtained during the program and my work experience.
