I am an ambitious and highly motivated individual, who is eager to make a big academic success and become a highly admired professional.
As someone who is focusing on Hospitality both academically and professionally, I am ready to devote myself to this business, further develop and gain experience from the Industry’s finest. My ambition is to have an aspiring international corporate career, and possibly having my own Hospitality Enterprise, based on modern, futuristic, sustainable and ever changing demands of the market and society. In order to achieve this I have directed myself to good education and hard work, with constant dedication and often sacrifice.
My second personal interest are foreign languages and exploration of different cultures, for which I have certain talent, right now being fluent in 3 with 3 more on the way.

HIST 1103 Boyle IN PERSON FALL 2023
This course is a chronological and thematic introduction to the history of Western interactions with the wider world from the late 1800s to the present, emphasizing the following events: the rise of nationalism in Europe and the race for empire in the late 19th century, the First World War, the interwar years, the Second World War, the Cold War, the post-Cold War world and the effects of globalization. It explores how the United State engaged with the Soviet Union via proxy wars and spheres of influence via third parties in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. It shows students the cultural, social and political background and implications of this important period in history.

Revision, writing, more revision, more writing, and a host of mind-opening activities are what you can expect in this course. Everyone in class is a scholar in residence, a participant in the act of learning.
Course Description Historical introduction to fermented beverages throughout the world. Study of beverage making and tasting procedures, including jargon particular to the beverage trade. Basic understanding of geographic, historic, economic and cultural aspects of beverages. Wines – still, sparkling and fortified – are the focus of study. Beers, sake and spirits are introduced. Reinforcement of cost controls and legal responsibilities.
