I’m interested in what the hospitality management major can give to me regarding culinary arts.
About me: I am a Brooklyn native that always had a interest in cooking and learning about food. For my future I want to own a cafe selling gluten free baked goods and sandwiches.
My Courses
Prof. Pericles guides students through an overview of the history, likely directions and organizational structure of the hospitality industry and its role in local, national and global economies. Students are introduced to the nature and scope of the hospitality industry, basic terminology, management concepts, career path explorations and the departmentās mission and culture.
