When I graduated High School, it was the saddest day of my life. I knew from then on that my hand will never be held like it was during my 4 years in High School. My first year in college was a real slap in the face of how hard it is really out by yourself. I learned, very fast, that no one in college is going to hand feed you or baby you. I started city tech in 2019, in the fall. I was originally enrolled in Architecture, and that was a mistake. I liked the Professors and hated the work. I was the most boring stuff I’ve ever encountered. It also didn’t help that the professors themselves said it’s not an industry to make money equal to the amount of work done. Coming to Hospitality management has been, for the most part, fun. i do see myself improving a lot, academically and I want to see if this course and all courses related will help me with mt dream of owning my own cafe.
