Bio

My name is Sadman and I’m currently studying Communication Design at City College of Technology. I have always been interested in art more than anything else by art I mean paintings, drawings and sketches and I admire artists like Raphael and Leonardo because of their realistic paintings. I have done allot of paintings and sketches in the past and I used to teach kids drawing and coloring for their schools. In 2015 my first painting was sold. In 2016 for New York Presbyterian Hospitals Christmas and New Years card my painting was selected for their cover photo also few of my paintings were chosen for the Washington exhibition on 2017

I may have skills with paper and pencil but I’m not familiar with digital arts at all when I came to the college I asked questions to my advisor about which major would be nice for me and he advised that the Communication Design is very similar with what I have done in past but just have to focus more on digital side of it, I wasn’t really sure if the major was fit for me. I’m not very good at communicating with others or facing others which made it difficult for me to make friends that’s why I was scared to take that major because I knew I have to communicate allot with others. When all of my friends and family were suggesting me the same major I thought maybe it won’t be as bad as I thought and maybe ill get used to it after a while so I decided to go on with Communication Design as my major and if I didn’t like it I always had the choice to change it. After studying Communication Design for one semester I really started to enjoy the works that I was doing and I was truly amazed by seeing the works of others and how creative they were and I began to understand that this major suits me and I decided that I will stick with it.
