Rosie is a Registered Dental Hygienist who earned her Associate in Applied Science from the New York City College of Technology in 2019. She was the President of SADHA (Student American Dental Hygiene Association) from 2017-2019 and a student delegate of NYDHA (New York Dental Hygienists’ Association) from 2018-2019. Currently, she is a member of NY HYPAC (New York Dental Hygiene Political Action Committee), ADHA (American Dental Hygienists’ Association) and NYDHA. After many years of working at the C-Suite level and then later forming her own consulting business, she understands the importance of high caliber patient treatment and care. Rosie is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence and trust with each patient. Her understanding nature makes it easy for patients to feel comfortable. She is extremely devoted to educating patients on their individual needs. Rosie is also particularly passionate about public health in youth outreach and community service.

DEN 2400 presents the didactic material, which correlates with the clinical experience, provided in DEN 2400L. The Clinical Faculty serves as group facilitators who assist the students in developing an awareness of and appreciation for the concepts, topics, and procedures related to the Dental Hygiene profession.
