Hi! My name is Rosa Andreina. Call me Andreina or Andre. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic but I am a New Yorker by heart. A social butterfly that loves food, dancing and occasionally visiting the museum. I recently transferred to NYCCT. My major is communication design. I always knew that I wanted to communicate and convey emotions through art. But, I am still discovering which area to pursue to archive my Ideal dream job.
My Courses
COMD1112 Sec.D112 Friday Digital Media Foundations
This course introduces students to core concepts underlying all digital media —graphic design, web, broadcast, animation, illustration and game design—that the ADGA department offers in its associate and bachelor degree program. Weekly lectures explain technical concepts such as resolution, compression, and color space, concepts that allow students to produce creative work across media with more predictable results. Students work with a variety of graphic arts software programs to reveal how the software application’s tools and menus incorporate the scientific principles discussed during lecture.

COMD1123 Foundation Drawing, FA2018 Wed
This drawing course introduces basic concepts, tools, techniques and the role of drawing in design, illustration, animation and games. The course will also cover projection systems, plans, elevations, sections, oblique, isometric, one-point perspective and two-point perspective views.
