Professor Villa has been working as an Adjunct Professor with first and second year dental hygiene students at NYCCT since 2017. She is actively practicing as Full Time Registered Dental Hygienist.
Professor Villa is a NYCCT Dental Hygiene graduate and graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Health Services Administration. She worked as an Clinical Administrator for 8 years managing and improving the quality of care at a large dental practice composed of seven pediatric dental offices across NYC.
Professor Villa is interested community outreach projects. Her last outreach was a dental Mission in Fort Liberte, Haiti in 2015. She speaks 3 languages fluently and loves to work with children.
My Courses
DEN 2400 presents the didactic material, which correlates with the clinical experience, provided in DEN 2400L. The Clinical Faculty serves as group facilitators who assist the students in developing an awareness of and appreciation for the concepts, topics, and procedures related to the Dental Hygiene profession.
