Maya Koenig’s Profile
Graphic Design
From Chicago (Skokie), Illinois. Born to a graphic designer father, and basketball player (early childhood educator) mother who named me after Michael Jordan.
Became interested in communication design through my father’s small graphic design business. I fell in love with typography through a packet of Letrasets he gave me from his pre-computer days.
My skills are in printed graphic design (InDesign), digital painting (Photoshop & Wacom tablet), photography (digital and analog), painting (oil, acrylic), ceramics, book arts, and collage.
