I am currently a Party Consultant at a Catering Hall in Flushing, New York. I have obtained my Associates degree in Business Management at The Borough of Manhattan Community College. After obtaining my Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, I want to become a Director of Food & Beverage at a hotel. I would also love to someday become an entrepreneur and own my own restaurant or coffee house. I am very passionate about what I do in the hospitality industry.

Prof. Goodlad Leads students through an historical introduction to fermented beverages throughout the world. Study of beverage making and tasting procedures including jargon particular to the beverage trade.

Students are introduced to the nature and scope of the hospitality industry, basic terminology, management concepts, career path explorations and the departmentās mission and culture.
