Over 17 years of experience working and volunteering collaboratively with business partners and NGOs, both in the USA and abroad, as a career director and advisor, an interpreter and translator and a Peace Corps Volunteer. Long-standing commitment to and passion for working with immigrants and underserved communities, both domestically and internationally. Seasoned French and Spanish to English translator and editor, with 12 years in the field. Fluent in French and Spanish, highly conversational in Wolof (language in West Africa). Now seeking an associate’s degree in Hospitality Management at CUNY City Tech with a focus on baking and pastry.

HMGT 1101 PERICLES Fall’21 Monday
Prof. Pericles guides students through an overview of the history, likely directions and organizational structure of the hospitality industry and its role in local, national and global economies. Students are introduced to the nature and scope of the hospitality industry, basic terminology, management concepts, career path explorations and the departmentās mission and culture.
