Hello, my name is Blessilda Ombajen, and I am a senior Hospitality Management student at City Tech. I have earned my associates degree at LaGuardia, and now I am continuing my studies. My dream would be to manage a hotel and/or perhaps own a boutique hotel someday. I also love traveling and socializing to others. I believe that talking to other people would give us an opportunity to learn something about them and their culture.
My Courses
Prof. Goodlad Leads students through an introduction to fermented beverages throughout the world. Study of beverage making and tasting procedures including jargon particular to the beverage trade is reinforced.

Hospitality Services Marketing looks at the relationship among the various components of the hospitality industry and the markets it serves. This include the study of the corporate mission, goals, vision statement, company history, customer perception, environment and social factors as influences on profitability; techniques for analyzing business, strategy formation and implementation.
