My Name is Adrianis De Peña I am a Proud Latina woman. I was Born In the Dominican Republic raised in New York. I have a strong Love for cooking and making other people Happy. My favorite dish to make is fried eggplants with Marinara sauce. I tend to cook at home usually traditional Spanish meals but I like to try new things. I appreciate what City Tech has offered me in order to expand my knowledge and understanding of this amazing art.
