LIB 1201 – Research & Documentation for the Information Age – Section 3930
In this course we will explore issues in research and documentation for text (in print and online), images, sound, and multimedia. You will investigate where information comes from and how it is organized in both traditional and emerging media. We will examine the ethics of information use and determine how to critically evaluate sources. Throughout the course, you will create and present research and documentation projects using traditional and emerging media and technologies. This is a writing-intensive course. You should expect to spend 4-6 hours outside of class time preparing for class each week.
My Projects
This is a website that shows City tech students where to eat, how to eat and where the cheapest food places are. The website is assimilated with the food in the radius of seven minutes. We also chose those places where sound food/service principles and truth, and our satisfaction, not just marketing hype. So that’s what “What City Tech Eats” is about, a website bornout of hunger for inexpensive food without compromising service.

The Chemistry Department Open Lab site was designed to be a resource for students. It includes information regarding the Chemistry Club, News and Events in the Chemistry Department, Information on Tutoring, Scholarships, Research and Internships.
