Yacht and Beach Resort

My position at the Yacht and Beach was Bell Service dispatcher and I was in charge of making sure guests recieved their luggage upon request whether they be checking in or checking out. I also had to make sure that the bellmans work orders were distributed evenly and kept in rotation. Most of all I really enjoyed transferring bags to different disney properties via the company van. I also had the chance to trail front desk and concierge for the day.

Yes, receiving the basic knowlledge of the position was useful but for me, speaking to guests and answering their questions with confidence proved to be more fullfilling.
