Human Resource Management- Discussed managing an organizations worforce and how they are responsible for the attraction, selection, training, assessment and rewarding of employees while also overseeing leadership and overall culture of the company.
Experiential Learning- A unique class in which we discussed different learning styles and how we can utilize that style to educate ourselves through hands on experience. We took an online quiz which determined that I was an active learner and the results gave me a detailed description on methods that I can use to take in a new idea or topic.
