In this course, we will engage and refine our critical reading, writing, and thinking skills. We will meet bi-weekly to discuss readings, edit writing, and engage in critical discussions and practices. As we are living through a challenging and deeply transformative cultural moment, the syllabus will always be supplemented to address current events. Students are encouraged to apply critical skills to current events and initiate relevant worldly discussions when applicable.
