As I Internship at Membit.co, I didn’t have to sign any form of a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement. Nor any restrictions that I recall either. I do know that Membit.co makes use of a 3D website program called, Vectary (as mentioned previously in this Blog Post). As for use of another company’s trademark & logos, Membit.co only uses them if permission was granted, respecting if it was ever declined. If allowed, they’d usually be showcased within the Membit and in the Membit Channel, it’d explain where it’s from and what it’s about.
