My Professor of my African American Art (AFR 1304-D032) class from Fall 2023 semester, Donna Banks expressed this as a possibility I could work on but I sadly had time to only submit an entry. My Spring 2024, the Professor of my class AFR 2402ID-DO89 – The Heritage of Imperialism, Javiela Evangelista, said if we did something for the event, we’d get extra credit. So I made this illustration.

I did a easy to digest community story in relation to video games!

Art Hw For Class: Style Mimicking and Character Turnaround
For my Character Design Class I took in Fall of 2019, one of our homework assignments was to mimic another art style and draw yourself in said style. I love the Paper Mario series and drew myself in the style of the recent game at the time, Paper Mario: Color Splash (Paper Mario and Huey are placed on the right to show the style comparison).
I’m so proud of how this turned out!Apparently this almost got showcased if I remember correctly, and if so, I feel extra proud~
Art Done During the (Pre) Pandemic: A Water Magical Girl
Another art piece I wanna show is some fanart I did during the Spring 2020 semester of Alchemical Water, aka Undine Wells from the webcomic Sleepless Domain!
Here’s both the sketch I did and the finished product!
(I also drew this under my alias.)
I drew this at a time I felt rusty, so coloring all of this did make me slightly feel better. Especially when I colored and modified the water effects, even if it got a bit difficult, I still enjoyed myself~
Art Done During the Pandemic: Fanzine for Charity
This art piece was done on July 16, 2022 for the Black Hole Chaos, a ProtonJon fanzine being made from a joke that started from his streams which snowballed into something wholesome an uplifting. All of the profits went to charity.
I got a character from said community called Touque Kid and was chosen be on the Merch Team, specifically to make a postcard. This is the 2nd postcard I made for the project.
This was done under my online alias. (If anyone wants to be sure it’s my work, I still have the files for it and for Postcard #1.)
I’m still proud of how the lineless style came out for this one, along with how colorful I made it~
Took me hours to do (as always with a lineless style) but it was worth it!
Also a 1st time I worked on a zine project outside of school, too~!
Updating my ePortfolio After a Long Time of not Using it
Hello! Hi hi~
It’s been a few years since I have used OpenLab, let alone my ePortfolio, so I’m aiming to change that. So if anything looks wonky in the beginning, apologizes! Finally going back to college after 2020 will do that do ya.
Speaking of the pandemic, I wanna show off a few things I did during it, before and after going forward.
Welcome!
