My research question is what kind of effect does marijuana have on the environment now that it’s legalized? This interests me because a lot of people I know smoke marijuana and I wanna know how this will affect our environment in the long run. I’ve watched some of my friends fall off of track in school due to marijuana and I sometimes wonder if legalizing it was the right decision. Marijuana also takes money away from people and can affect people’s mental which shouldn’t be good for people especially parents. I already know that marijuana became legalized in March 2021. I also know marijuana Dan possible cause seizures. I also know smoking marijuana everyday is considered addictive. Some things I want to learn more about is how can we ensure that kids under 18 aren’t using marijuana?, Can be addicted to marijuana be a good or bad thing health wise? And lastly what kind of effect can marijuana have in the long term

Let’s rephrase RQ this because I don’t think you are examining the ENVIRONMENT.
How does marijuana affect the teenage brain? This is more targetted and more specific — would this be your RQ?
