Intro – Jerick

Hey guys,

My name is Jerick, a freshman at City Tech, and I’m pursuing a major in Computer Engineering for now at least since I am thinking of switching out of it if I don’t enjoy it.

I have multiple passions and been switching between main goals in life left and right but, I ended up settling for my first ever goal that I had as a child and that’s to end up making or be part of the making of a massive selling video game. And you could probably guess from the last sentence I am a huge video games fan, and is mostly what I do most days I either have off or when I get back from school, I just play video games. I do have other passions and slight skills such as knowing a few basics in video editing due to my second passion to become a video editor and also enjoying fashion, which is also a third passion of mine on the side.

My family is from Dominican Republic though I was born here in New York City and have basically lived here for my whole life really. I’m usually a pretty introverted and silent person unless I’m around close friends and probably 90% of the time I won’t start a conversation cause I’m pretty bad at doing that really. I don’t reveal much about myself except for the usual basics like how I listed above.

As much as I see college as this new experience and such, I’m probably just going to go through it doing the best that I can muster during the days and just get through the day mostly. As much as my mind is mostly just kind of trying to get my diploma mostly and just getting through the school years, I still hope that we can have a good year, as classmates or maybe as friends if it ever gets that far, lets strive to get a year closer to that diploma all of us want together.
