My research question is “What would happen if a person fell into a black hole?” This topic interests me due to all the anime I’ve watched where either the villains or main character would have the superpower to manipulate black holes and how it would always do some stuff like warp space and time or suck everything in. The interest in this question also comes from my love for a combination of space and physics, where studying a black hole usually comes with both of these topics I favor combing together to figure out what exactly a black hole is, as even up to today, we’ve only grazed the surface of black hole information. The research of black holes and theories like this could end up helping us learn more about the mysterious empty dark abyss that we call space and could also help us learn about our universe itself which could be big steps into advances in space researching
From what I already know and from the stuff I’ve seen through my shows, I know that black holes use gravity to suck things into them once they get close enough towards it. I also know that time dilation actually changes, where the closer you get to the black hole the slower your time dilation is, making it seem time is going way more slower than it really is. And lastly, the black hole actually has a technical surface to it called an Event Horizon, which is the spot most known for capturing anything that even enters it, even light, due to how strong the gravity is on the event horizon.
Some points I would end up discussing in this article is what would happen to the body when it falls into a black hole, what would people end up seeing when they do fall into it, and also if there is any way of surviving falling into one and if a person did survive, what would be on the other side of the black hole.
My first source will consist of this NASA podcast transcript: https://www.nasa.gov/podcasts/curious-universe/inside-a-black-hole/
Along with other extra sources like:

and BBC Earth: https://www.bbcearth.com/news/what-would-happen-if-you-fell-into-a-black-hole
Your proposal reads well and your source looks good!
But can you express the RQ more clearly: maybe– What are recents advancements in space travel and how can space travel benefit humans?
Other questions to think about — Is space tourism a realistic venture? Will space travel become as regular as air travel? Or is space tourism a big waste of money?
Hi Jerick,
I find your question proposal really interesting because space is so mysterious. Did you hear about the two astronauts who have been up there for quite a bit now? Would that sway your opinion in anyway when you write??
Maybe try rewording the question a little bit, so it isn’t as cluttered-I think you wanna make it a little more direct, but I get the gist of it. I look forward to reading what you have to say and how you make space travel interesting.
